Sabona guarantees this product against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months. Contact our head office by phone to obtain a return authorization number (RA number) prior to returning your bracelet. Return the defective item, the warranty card and your purchase receipt, along with your return address to:

Upon inspection, Sabona will repair or replace the item at our option and will return the item or the replacement to you promptly.
Note: All returns must be accompanied by an RA number that can only be obtained from Head Office.
