Sabona Limited Warranty

All Sabona Canada bracelets are covered by a six-month manufacturer’s warranty as follows:

Sabona guarantees this product against any manufacturing defect for a period of six months from the date of purchase. If you believe there to be a manufacturer’s defect with your item, and it has been less than six months from the date of purchase, you may return the item to Sabona Canada. Upon receipt of the item, Sabona Canada will inspect the item and then repair or replace it at our discretion. We will then return the item or the replacement to you promptly.

To return an item to Sabona Canada, contact our head office by phone to obtain a return authorization number (RA number) prior to returning your bracelet. Our customer service representatives are available during our regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 9:30 am-4:30 pm MST, except statutory holidays) at +1-866-201-9376 or +1-403-452-9101.

Return the defective item, the warranty card, your purchase receipt, the RA number and your return address to:

All returns must be accompanied by an RA number, which can only be obtained from Sabona Canada’s head office.
