Shipping Policy
All of the products listed on this site are usually in stock. If you order before 2PM Mountain time on any weekday we will ship your order the same day. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the next business day. If you select ground shipping it will usually arrive in no more than 7 business days and if you select overnight shipping your order will arrive two business days from placement of your order.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from customerservice@iqmarketing.ca that will provide you with a tracking number.

We will ship your bracelet with either Purolator Ground, or UPS Ground depending on your location. Unfortunately these couriers do not ship to PO boxes, therefore please provide us with a valid street address so that we do not incur any delays in the processing of your order.
